The overall experience with Super Tread INC was average. I found their customer service to be helpful, but the quality of their products could have been better. It took a while to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, the tread on the tires was already starting to wear down. I expected better from a company with such a good reputation. Hopefully, they can improve their product quality in the future.
