Sbg Manchester is a great gym with excellent trainers. They provide a variety of classes that cater to different fitness levels and interests. The trainers are supportive and knowledgeable, always willing to answer any questions or provide guidance. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I've been training here for a while now and I'm really happy with my progress. Highly recommend!
