The Coldwell Banker Realtor Penny Lehmann made an unprofessional job.
Normally, a good realtor would handle the communication between the seller and buyer so that everything runs smoothly.
In my case is was the opposite......Penny Lehmann wanted to have everything under control regardless.
A simple sale and purchase of a real estate was lost as a result. Completely unnecessary!
