I engaged Bfl Engineering Services Ltd. for a project, and while the quality of their work was acceptable, I found their customer service to be lacking. The communication was not as smooth as I had hoped, and there were instances where deadlines were not met. While they did rectify the issues eventually, I expected a higher level of professionalism. Overall, they provided an average service.
