Channel engage is an average company. The services they provide are decent but nothing extraordinary. I have been using their platform for a few months now and while it gets the job done, I can't say that I'm overly impressed. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but there are a few features that I wish were more intuitive. Overall, it's a decent company.
