As a customer of Elias Appliances, I have had mixed experiences. While their products are of decent quality, their customer service could use some improvement. I found their staff to be somewhat rude and unhelpful at times, which was quite frustrating. However, I must say that their prices are competitive and the delivery was prompt. Overall, I would rate them as average.
