It's sad really... I had an initial great first impression. I had showed up after a 2 hour drive and was pleased to learn that they stock way more than I would have ever thought for track bikes. I was taken to the back room where I was like a kid in a candy store. Now the only problem is that I am overwhelmed with decisions. It would take some time. Well that's where the problems start. The gentleman that helped me out was constantly being dragged away from helping me and I was made to feel like I had to make a decision before I got kicked out of the back because they simply didn't have time for me. As I couldn't decide what direction to go . I grabbed a few things and contemplated buying a pedal and shoe combo. After being tossed one pair to try on I was left by myself and then proceeded to wait around for the gentleman that was helping me for about half an hour. After it seemed that I wasn't worth the help, I decided that I would take my business somewhere else. I'm sorry that I wasn't buying a $3000 bike like the guy whom the employee ditched me to help. I suppose that the $800 I had to spend in your shop just wasn't worth it compared to the thousands of dollars from a bike sale. I would think that you would want all the money you could get. Why was I not handed off to another employee? The real bummer here is that bikes are my hobby and I tend to spend alot of money on them. Now those funds are going to be spent online. I would rather keep my money in the local community but when you have customer service like this it forces people to buy elsewhere. it's horrible that because I wasn't spending thousands of dollars I was discarded and deemed unimportant. shame on you and your shop
