Another update. They will respond to a bad review but won t respond to customer service emails or calls. Nice

The worst. Never respond to customer service emails. Keep you on hold for ever. They seem to get everything wrong and do nothing right.

Update. They still have not responded to emails. My wife was also on hold for two hours Thursday night.....no answer.
