I had a pretty average experience with Brokers Interstate Group. The customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The website was a bit confusing to navigate and the overall process of shipping my items was a little slow. However, my items did arrive in good condition, so that was a plus. Overall, I would rate them as average.
