The hotel was bright, the room was bright and comfortable what you would expect from a 4 STAR hotel, not the cheapest, the 15.00hr plus checkin time a bit much. If you arrive early you have to wait, that is an nightmare, your told to come back, when you have to check out at 11.00hr. The staff and food was good. The room needs an upgrade the years are starting to catch up, I think there understaffed, the entrance to the attractions park from reception was brilliant.
