I went in @12:45 I did not get out until almost 4 ...

I went in @12:45 I did not get out until almost 4 pm.. The lady that seated at their front desk was really trying to get the food service workers to come and assist us due to the wetime had been waiting, but yet we waited. I appreciate the help because my family needed it (hint the 2 stars). But I have never felt more less than in my life!
