As a CUSTOMER, I have been using Dialajob.net for a while now and I must say the platform is average. It does the job and fulfills the basic requirements. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of user interface and responsiveness. Overall, it's a decent platform for finding jobs, but there are better options available out there.
