I had a mixed experience with downloaddvddirect.com. The website was easy to use, but the DVDs I received were not in good condition. There were scratches on some of the discs, and one of them was unplayable. The customer support was helpful and offered a replacement, but it took longer than expected to receive the new DVDs. Overall, my experience was average.
