Please do not allow your child to be sent here. Our daughter was in Foundations over 50 days. Foundations is not equipped and staffed to meet any persons needs. We have been at Princenton House for three days and have received more care and education than Foundations! Our daughter was physically attacked, was allowed to self harm and left unattended that a trip to the emergency room via ambulance was rendered necessary. I don't know how the employees at Foundations can sleep at night.
