Being a CUSTOMER of Hsc systems - simply better, I have mixed feelings about their services. While their website, hsc.co.za, is user-friendly and the team is knowledgeable, their response time needs improvement. It took longer than expected to get a resolution to my problem. However, they eventually resolved it and provided a satisfactory solution.
