I have been a customer of Hitachi data systems - avnet canada for several years now, and I must say that the service provided by them is just average. While their products are of good quality, the customer support is lacking. The response time for queries is slow, and sometimes it takes days to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
