I am really impressed with FitBenefit. The workouts are challenging, yet well-paced, and the app provides clear instructions and demonstrations for each exercise. The progress tracking and goal-setting features keep me motivated to stay on track. I also appreciate the variety of workout plans available, allowing me to switch things up and avoid boredom.
