As a CUSTOMER, I rate Vorwerk - chile as average. The vacuum cleaner I bought works decently, but it doesn't meet all my expectations. It lacks some features that I desired, and I find the performance to be average. However, the customer service was responsive and helpful. Overall, it's an okay product, but I wish it offered more.
