Terrible company - writes crummy software like Encore For Libraries, never responds to emails, and poor phone support. Combine the mindless beaurocratic red-tape of a government agency with the hapless incompetency of your average software techie nerd, and you've just described Innovative (sic) Interfaces Inc. They have the nerve to charge poor struggling rural library districts thousands of dollars for grade-school mistakes that they themselves made in the first place! Cowardly employees who have a meddling petty mindset coupled with a lazy "pass the buck" work ethic. An embarassing empty shell of an organization, and definitely NOT recommended!
