Hotbox Yoga is a great company. Their website is easy to navigate and has a lot of useful information. The instructors are knowledgeable and the classes are challenging but fun. I've been going to Hotbox Yoga for over a year now and it has really helped me improve my flexibility and strength. I highly recommend it!
