I am a long-time customer of Spzfreetrade s.l and overall, my experience with them has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are competitive. However, there have been a few instances where the customer service was lacking. In those situations, it took longer than expected to get a response or resolution. I hope the company can improve in this area.
