I have been a customer of Matrix Interactive Media for a few months now and I must say that their services are average. While they deliver what they promise, I feel that there is room for improvement. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to resolve issues. Overall, I would say they are a decent company to work with.
