I can't help but feel disappointed with the services offered by Texas State Bank. The online banking platform is clunky and often lags, making it frustrating to manage my accounts efficiently. While the customer service team is helpful, the overall experience falls short of my expectations. I would not rate Texas State Bank as great, merely average.
