I recently purchased a security system from a local company. While the system itself has worked reasonably well, I have found the customer service to be lacking. It often takes multiple phone calls and emails to get a response, and when I do get a response, it's not always helpful or timely. Additionally, I've had some issues with false alarms that haven't been properly addressed. Overall, I would rate my experience with the company as average.
