I have been a customer of Transcom ISP for several years and I must say the service is average. The internet connection is stable most of the time, but there are occasional outages that can be frustrating. The customer support team is not very responsive and it takes a while to get a resolution to any issues. Overall, it is an okay service but could definitely use some improvements.
