I recently had the opportunity to work with Simconnect and I must say that my experience was average. The company provided decent service but nothing exceptional. Their website simc.at was easy to navigate and the overall process of connecting with them was smooth. However, I found their customer support to be lacking at times. They were not always proactive in addressing my queries and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. In terms of pricing, Simconnect's rates were competitive but I felt that there could have been more flexibility in their plans. Overall, my experience with Simconnect was not bad but it was not outstanding either.
