Some fools and fools, completely devoid of activity! Do not help anybody who answers the phone. Instead of technical support and involvement in repairing HW or SW problems on mobile phones (yes, Sony sold at the most bloated price in the universe !!), it only gives you psychological counseling and impertinent refusals. Fuck you.
