My experience with Ohio Ind Auto Dealers Association INC was average. The staff was friendly but not very helpful. They seemed more interested in making a sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. The website, ohiada.org, was informative but could use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience.
