The service provided by the Wilson County Water Dept is average. I haven't had any major complaints, but there is definitely room for improvement. The water quality is generally good, but there have been a few instances where it tasted a bit off. The customer service representatives are usually helpful, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. Overall, it's an okay experience.
