My experience with Newport Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Associates was average. While the surgeons were skilled, I felt that the overall customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, and there were some delays in scheduling appointments. However, I am satisfied with the outcome of my procedure.
