I recently booked a trip with a travel company and it was a very average experience. 😕 The website was easy to use, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The agents didn't seem very knowledgeable and were not very helpful. The trip itself was mediocre, with some issues in the accommodations. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
