The entire staff exceeded my expectations. The receptionist made me feel welcomed and were eager to help from the moment i walked in the door. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about what the process would entail. He went above and beyond to answer any of my questions, and went as far as to return a call from me outside of business hours to ensure I thoroughly understood the process. Dr. Josephitis was also extremely friendly and helpful about any questions or concerns that I brought up. I couldn't be happier with his work and the results from my transplant procedures.
