I had an average experience when shopping at New York Dress CO INC. Although the dress I purchased was beautiful, I had some issues with the customer service. The staff wasn't very helpful, and it took longer than expected to receive my order. However, the quality of the dress was good, and it looked stunning on me. I hope they improve their customer service to provide a better overall experience.
