I had a poor experience with Federal Pacific Transformers. The transformer I received was faulty and did not meet the specifications mentioned on their website. When I reached out to customer service, they were unapologetic and unhelpful. It was frustrating to deal with their indifference and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
