I've been working with a temp agency recently, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While I appreciate the job opportunities provided by Carlson Specialty Temps Inc, there were some aspects that left me disappointed. The lack of communication and transparency was frustrating, and there were times when I felt like I was just another number to them. However, I must acknowledge that they did manage to find me a few decent assignments. Overall, I wouldn't say it was great, but it wasn't terrible either.
