Bad contract, no results, non existing support service. If you are thinking about signing up, don't do it!

My company is a small business based in Vancouver and I've been locked in a contract for over 2 years with Best Version Media. First of all, its a terrible contact without a way out. Our account specialist changed multiple times over the 2 year term and I was never able to speak with them. Every time I call them it goes to a voicemail, as if their office doesn't exist. Every time I send an email, I get a very shot one line answer usually ignoring my request.

Now, the worst part is that I have spent over $7k with these ads, yet I have not been able to see any revenue driven from this. My multiple requests to cancel my subscription have been vastly ignored. This is a waste of money for me and I need to get out!
