I have been working at AT&T Labs for a few years now and I must say that it has been an overall average experience. The company provides a good work-life balance and the compensation is competitive. However, there are some areas where I feel the company can improve. The communication between teams can sometimes be lacking and there is a lack of clarity in project goals. Overall, I would rate AT&T Labs as average.
