I've been with Biltmore insurance for over 2 years...

I've been with Biltmore insurance for over 2 years and I have to say they are average. Their customer service is not the best, but they do a decent job. I had a couple of claims and they handled them efficiently. Overall, I would say they are an okay insurance company.
