My stay at Sir Francis Drake, a Kimpton hotel, was average. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing particularly special. The staff was friendly and helpful, but didn't go above and beyond. The location of the hotel is good, with easy access to public transportation and a few popular attractions. Overall, it was a decent hotel, but I expected more for the price.
