I have been a customer of Marubeni-itochu tubulars asia pte ltd for several years now, and I must say that their services are of average quality. The staff is generally helpful, but they sometimes lack responsiveness. Overall, their products are satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support.
