This Toyota Dealer never takes appointments for services seriously. I was treated like a regular walk-in customers for oil change since when I arrived, no one was asking me if I have an appointment or not. It always takes me more than 2 hours to get the services done.
They also had coupon for in n out car washing. When I got the car back, everything was still the same. Nothing was cleaned (tons of dirt were still inside my carpet, bird poops are still on the hoods and my car, and lots of bugs were still on the bumpers of my car).
One more thing is that when I gave them my car for service, they told me to wait in the lobby for shuttle and someone would tell me when the shuttle's ready. About 1hr waiting hour, I asked them if there was a shuttle to pick me up, they said that it was my fault for now showing up at picking up area and they were waiting for me.
This dealer is so lame. They would consider to improve more on their service.
