They are very disorganized and clearly take financial advantage (underhandedly) of the students. A lot of what the finance department does is unethical. And they will nickel and dime you all the way through and although students can contest their unfair practices, there is nothing good faith about how the school responds to student appeals to unfair practices. Legally, I'm surprised their still in business.
