I have been a loyal customer of Pt Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia for several years now and I can say that their service is average. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been a few instances where the quality of their work was questionable. Overall, I would recommend them for basic services, but for more complex repairs, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
