My husband almost signed a contract with them. The guy was the CEO, and his punchline was that auctioning is better than traditional real estate because it has a set date on when the property will be sold, but I looked at the website and absolutely NONE of the listings were sold. He said that he was already working on 2 listings in CA, and so I waited to see how those properties would go. Unsurprisingly, neither of those properties were sold either. I even called one of the properties to ask about their experience with RealEstateAuctions and the testimony wasn't good. They gave him 2 chances and put out at least 30k for "marketing", of which they didn't know where it went for there was very little to no actions. Results speak for themselves. Glad we didn't go with them.
