I have been a customer of Nekkr, inc for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they have some good products, their customer support can be quite unresponsive at times. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. However, there have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a resolution for my issue. I hope they can improve their customer support in the future.
