This was my first time using Qplay, and I must say, it was quite disappointing. The website seemed sluggish and it took forever to load the pages. The product I received was not as described, and the company did not have a satisfactory refund policy. I had to go through multiple emails and calls to get a refund, and even then, it was a hassle. I would not recommend using Qplay, inc. for your online purchases.
