I recently started attending classes at a new pilates studio and I am really impressed with the quality of instruction at Powerhouse Pilates. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and create a comfortable environment for everyone. The exercises are effective and I can definitely see and feel the results. Would highly recommend!
