As a customer, I found the website to be informative and easy to navigate. However, the communication with the company was a bit lacking. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my shipment, which was frustrating. The pricing was competitive, but the overall customer service could be improved. The staff seemed knowledgeable about logistics, but the response time to inquiries could be quicker. I appreciated the range of services offered, but I would have liked a smoother experience overall. If the company can work on improving their communication and responsiveness, it would greatly enhance the customer experience.
