I recently ordered a microwave component from their website. 📡 The product was as described, but the shipping took longer than expected. The packaging was sturdy, but there was a small dent on the product itself. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issue, but it did take some time to get a response. Overall, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and the product selection was good. However, the shipping and customer service could be improved. I would consider purchasing from them again, but I hope to see improvements in the future. 🛒
