I found the company website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The online banking features were convenient and efficient. However, the customer service response time was average, and I encountered some delays when trying to get assistance with an issue. The rates and fees were on par with other institutions, but I felt that the range of products and services offered could be more diverse. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but there is room for improvement in the areas of customer service and product variety.
